CD COVER FOR ORWELL
The CD cover I made for the wonderful French band Orwell. The concept for this album, Continental, was inspired by a book called One Hundred Years of Solitude. The illustrations and characters that I made was influenced by vocalist Jérôme Didelot's lyrics and the stories behind them, and his concept and idea of The land, where the characters of Continental live. The album was released in March 2011. Animator Thomas Guerigen made a very nice promo teaser based on my cover art. You can see it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XQ10TX48adA.
